Support sessions & Steplab training

For mentors who have completed mentor conference 1 but not conference 2 and are mentoring a year 2 who is in the second year of the ECT programme. This session offers guidance about how to support your ECT in year 2 of the programme.

These sessions support new mentors to start coaching and using Steplab prior to attending mentor conference 1.

Ambition are running a series of training sessions to provide participants on our ECT programme with an opportunity to familiarise/re-familiarise themselves with the key aspects of Steplab relevant to their role. These sessions will run for 30-45 minutes and will take place between the 15th and the 22nd May. Please find the dates and times of the sessions below, as well as the links to join the Zoom sessions.
