This session aims to support induction tutors with understanding the principles underpinning Ambition Institute’s Early Career Teacher programme along with the enabling conditions for effective implementation within your setting. We provide clarity about the role of the induction tutor , the fundamentals of instructional coaching and guidance on using Steplab to ensure maximum participant engagement and excellent impact.

In the webinar we will:  

• Outline the roles and responsibilities of the delivery partner, lead provider and appropriate body for IT understanding.  

• Guide ITs through MyECT account set up and the onboarding process.  

• Provide an overview of Steplab, demonstrating its features and navigation.  

• Address questions throughout the session and an FAQ document will be shared afterwards.
